I love to eat. I mean really love it. I know you are wondering - a foodie and a dietician? Trust me, it is not a myth. 'Healthy + Yum' is a concept I am extremely passionate about.
A part of my inclination for healthy living comes from my family. They are literally the kind of folks that will happily go trekking, run a marathon, workout or engage in sports, even on a Sunday! In addition to all that enthusiasm for fitness, we consciously eat healthy over 80% of the time.
With my passion for decoding healthy but tasty food, I graduated with a Bachelors in Food Science & Nutrition. I later completed my Post Graduation in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics with a Diabetes & Cardiac care specialisation. A Certified Diabetes Educator, I am also a member of the Indian Dietetic Association (IDA) & Association of Diabetes Educators (ADE).
In the last 8 years, I have worked with many clients - nationally as well as internationally. I have also enhanced my clinical knowledge with internships & work experience at various hospitals and nutrition clinics.
In my free time, I am usually playing board games, reading novels, making loved ones laugh or playing game-maker for my family & friends.
